Order Process and Approval

To place a wholesale order, customers are to create a cart with their selected items. This cart is then submitted to our team for approval. Upon receiving your cart, a sales representative will reach out to schedule a personal consultation via phone call, FaceTime, or Zoom chat. This step is essential for us to review your selection together, ensuring that each chosen item meets your expectations and requirements.

Personalized Consultation and Selection

During the consultation, we will discuss each item in your cart in detail, including its size, weight, length, and other relevant dimensions. Given the unique nature of our products, this process allows you to make informed decisions about each piece, selecting the one that best aligns with your preferences. Some sizes and lengths might not be available. We will inform you
of the available sizes and measurements during this consultation. In instances where an item in your cart is no longer available, we will present similar alternatives for your consideration or remove the item from your order as per your decision.

Every order requires a personalized consultation and final approval by both the customer and our sales representative. This ensures that all selections are accurately reflected and meet our mutual standards of quality and satisfaction. Following the consultation, we will adjust your cart as needed based on our discussion. Once finalized, we will provide you with a detailed order summary and proceed with the fulfillment process.
